Golani Distillery

The Golani Distillery is a family run distillery located in the beautiful Golan Heights region of Israel. Founded in 2014 by David and Alona Zibell, the distillery focuses on producing quality locally sourced whiskeys that showcase the region's unique terroir. In 2016, they launched Israel's first whiskey on Independence Day, marking a milestone for represented the distillery. Since then, the line has grown steadily, always respecting the land and community that make their whiskeys possible.

Katzrin Distillery

As an extension of the Golani Distillery, Master Distiller David Zibell has opened the Katzrin Distillery, which includes all non-whisky spirits. A dedicated still site allows him to produce kosher Passover products year-round! Katzrin Distillery is an opportunity to focus directly on spirits and take the award-winning line to the next level.
