Golani Rishon Cask Strength is produced by Golani Distillery in Israel.
It is aged in two casks: one is new charred oak and the second is Cabernet oak.
The barrels are stored at 1300 feet above the Sea of Galilee.

The Golani Distillery is a family-run distillery in the beautiful Golan Heights region of Israel.
Founded in 2014 by David and Alona Zibell, the distillery focuses on producing high-quality whiskeys from the region, which reflects the unique terroir of the region. In 2016, on Independence Day, they launched Israel's first whiskey, which marked a milestone for the distillery.
Since then, the line has grown steadily, always respecting the land and community that make their whiskeys possible.
