Gin Meridor is the first London Dry Gin made in the French Loire Valley. Created by Franck Choisne, owner and master distiller. A composition of eight herbs and spices with the typical note of juniper and cubeb pepper. Its character is unique as some specific flowers form the Loire Valley are used like roses and elderflowers. A product made with typical Combier style – elaborated, delicate, refreshing beeing a nice and long in the mouth with fine citrus notes. Distilled in small batches with their alambics with tight standards on distillation and precision

While searching for a suitable distillery, the American came across Ted Breaux on Combier. Since Combier has old Pernod distilleries, it was the ideal distillery right away to reproduce absinthe from the 19th century based on food chemical studies. In 2004, Nouvelle Orleans was born, the first in a whole series of excellent products.
