Anisé du Maquisad 45% vol
If you're looking for an aniseed that's anything but ordinary, then you should try Anisé du Maquisard. Here, classic anise and fennel meet wild herbs, fresh pine shoots, and a generous portion of character.
The pine shoots are harvested at lofty heights directly from the rocks beneath Hautepierre – you'll feel it in every sip. Maquisard isn't a polished anise schnapps, but a wild spirit with rough edges and plenty of depth.
Anisé by Loutron Libre from France
With its 45% alcohol by volume, it offers a good deal of structure, yet remains pleasantly smooth on the finish. You can enjoy it neat, slightly chilled, or with a splash of water. It also makes a great unconventional aperitif.
Whether you're a fan of anisée or simply craving something new – Anisé du Maquisard is your rebellious companion for special moments of enjoyment.

Le Loutron Libre - that is the name of this brand new distillery in Mouthier-Haute-Pierre, founded by David Pagnier. In an old, long-unused hangar on the edge of the D67, Pagnier has built a craft distillery with great dedication, which is characterized by a beautiful copper alembic.
David Pagnier proudly describes himself as a "farmer distiller". He combines his passion for distillation with the cultivation of spices, aromatic herbs and medicinal and medicinal plants. On the picturesque route along the Gorges de Noailles, he cultivates carefully selected plants that come to full fruition in his distillates.
