"Blanche" means no coloring after distillation—no herbal infusions added to tint the glass. What you taste comes straight from the still. That is precisely where honesty lies—because a Blanche has nowhere to hide.
Ætheria Blanche is a tribute to the purest Swiss tradition, distilled with Italian precision. A limited run of 100 bottles, vintage 2026. Not many—but every single one counts.
Origin & Craftsmanship
Distilled at the Coppola Italian Distillery. The recipe shares the same DNA as Ætheria Verte but is uncompromisingly focused on purity.
At its heart is organic wormwood (*Artemisia absinthium*) from Les Fourgs in the Swiss Jura—cultivated by Distillerie La Semilla Aymonier. It is complemented by green anise from Egypt, rich in essential oils; sweet fennel from Provence; and a unique signature touch: *Mela Rosa dei Sibillini*—an ancient apple variety from the Marche region that lends the Blanche a subtle fruity note.

Aroma & Taste
Clear and intense on the nose: wormwood takes the lead, supported by delicate herbal and spicy notes.
Soft and refined on the palate. The green anise strikes a perfect balance, allowing the fennel to shine with crisp definition and a long-lasting finish. Underneath lies the delicate fruitiness of the Sibillini apple—not a sugary coating, but a subtle nuance.
The finish is long, clean, and enveloping—possessing the persistence that marks a fine traditional absinthe.
The Louche
Add cold water, and Ætheria reveals its true character: a dense, milky, and substantial louche—the kind produced by the best white absinthes of the Swiss school. No pale veil here—just full, rich turbidity.
How to drink it
Follow the classic ritual:
- 1 part absinthe
- 3–5 parts ice-cold water
- Sugar to taste (optional)
Slowly pour the water over the absinthe spoon and watch the louche develop. At 60% ABV, Ætheria packs a punch—feel free to dilute it generously.
