As with the Momotarõ Gin, we use selected and hand-picked botanicals for the Momotarõ Ginzero. Through a few modifications to our distillery, we have been able to develop an innovative process in which we can use steam to extract the full aroma of our botanicals such as lotus blossom, yuzu lemon, Sencha tea and of course juniper in a particularly gentle and, above all, authentic way. The taste of the Momotarõ Ginzero is therefore convincing with a special fullness and complexity, above all the fresh notes of the yuzu and the spicy juniper are in the foreground here and are perfectly harmonized by the lotus blossom.
