La Botaniste absinthe gets its signature flavor from a combination of distilled botanicals and hemp, giving it a lush green color. This bouquet of aromas also allows, through the seeds and roots of angelica, to reveal strong notes that are intensely pleasant. Nevertheless, this absinthe retains a dominant herbal note with mint, lemongrass, hyssop, calament and thyme.
This absinthe also has a very light aniseed note due to its moderate presence of anise, fennel and star anise.
