It is a very approachable absinthe due to its roundness and its sweet side (no added sugar, only residual sugar) brought about by the fennel. In the finish, the bouquet of our plants (large wormwood, hyssop, lemon balm, etc.) comes to light. Dilution, about 1 volume of absinthe for 4 to 5 volumes of water.

The Distillerie Bourgois is a distillery in
Arçon, which produces absinthe and anise from controlled organic cultivation. After absinthe was banned in 2011 (France was a little later), the distillery is breathing new life into this excellent drink. At a level of craftsmanship that has only one goal: to offer the customer this unique drink.
