Heidell Barrel Aged Gin is a gin that has been matured in oak barrels for three months. This gives it a honey color and notes of vanilla and spices.

Heidell Gin is distilled from a carefully selected blend of 12 finest high-quality botanicals. These are: juniper, coriander, angelica, cardamom, cinnamon, lemon peel, sea buckthorn, cranberry, hazelnut, nutmeg, honey and sea salt.

LSC 2022 tasting notes: "Light aromas of vanilla and woody oak as well as subtle caramel in appeal. The palate is smooth with rounded orange and lemon flavors along with a hint of vanilla which to a subtle orange-spicy finish leads."

Heidell Distillery

Behind the Heidell distillery is a family that shares a love of creativity, craftsmanship and, most importantly, good taste. Timo, the master distiller and CEO, was a naval officer in his previous life and is now a Finnish Army veteran. He had the ambitious idea of doing something in his retirement and always wanted to make a gin that stands out. In 2019 he started the journey with his daughter Erika and today produces an excellent gin.
